It will take up to a few minutes to log in to the MaryKayInTouch portal using the login information you already have. After five unsuccessful attempts to log in, your account will be temporarily disabled so that we can protect your information.
After 15 minutes, your account will be active on its own accord automatically. After that, you can reconnect. On the other hand, if you forget your password, you can always reset it.
MaryKayInTouch Reset Password Process
If you cannot access the portal, change your password by clicking here. To get things rolling, carry out the following:
- To start, click “I forgot my password,” and you will be taken to a new tab.
- To do this, you must give the company your email address and any other information it asks for.
- Replace your current password with a new one.
- But if you need help with the advisor number, call customer service.
You have one hour to change your password after getting the confirmation code. After this time has passed, you must repeat these steps to get a password reset code. You can only use the verification code once. When you change your password, you can repeat the same steps to get a new verification code sent to your email.
